  1. well in artworks like Mucha, he used very colorful reds, yellows, greens, and blues. Art Nouveau during the 1920′s and early 30′s also was influenced by organic structures like swirls and curls.

  2. Art Nouveau includes organic colors. Many art works by Henri Rousseau include pictures of nature, so many natural colors would work.

  3. Usually washed out shades of colors.. I’ve mostly seen pale blues, greens, reds, and browns, such as in this picture:
